Definitions

• "IntruForce" refers to IntruForce, S.L., a company registered in Spain, European Union.
• "Services" refers to the IntruForce platform, including vulnerability scanning, asset discovery, credential monitoring, security reporting, and any related tools or features.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
• "Account" refers to your registered IntruForce account.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the IntruForce Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. IntruForce reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Description of Services

IntruForce provides an external attack surface management (ASM) platform that helps businesses identify and manage security vulnerabilities across their internet-facing assets. Our Services include automated vulnerability scanning, asset discovery, credential leak monitoring, and security reporting. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. IntruForce reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IntruForce only for lawful purposes and only to scan assets that you own or have explicit authorization to scan. You may not:

• Scan or test systems without proper authorization from the asset owner.
• Use the Services to conduct attacks, exploit vulnerabilities, or cause harm to any system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase, either monthly or annually. All prices are in euros and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable EU consumer protection law. IntruForce reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials on the IntruForce platform are owned by IntruForce, S.L. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of any data you upload or generate through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntruForce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to IntruForce in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Spanish law.

Warranties and Disclaimers

IntruForce provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver accurate and timely security insights, we do not guarantee that the Services will identify all vulnerabilities or prevent all security incidents. Our scans and reports are informational tools, not a substitute for comprehensive security assessments by qualified professionals.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting us. IntruForce may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately, and we will delete your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection jurisdiction applicable to you under EU law.
